With 9 years of industry experience as a producer, and later a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading supplemental benefits carrier, Nicole has joined MBH. She has an enthusiasm for forming strategic partnerships and maintaining strong client relationships through a high level of customer service and support.

Having over 35 years of experience in benefits administration with groups from 2-8,000 employees, Jeanne has a wealth of information and expertise in ongoing business operations; billing, service operations, and claims.
Account Implementation Manager
With 18 years of customer care experience, and over 5 years of being a small business owner herself, Candace knows how important having knowledge about available resources is for our employer groups.
Account Specialist
With a background in education, Amy enjoys helping our payroll contacts and insureds to better understand the value of their overall employee benefits solution. She supports both implementation and relationship management.
