With more than 10 years of industry experience & serving as a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading supplemental benefits carrier, Nicole is excited to leverage her skills & network with MBH. She has an enthusiasm for forming strategic partnerships and maintaining strong client relationships through a high-level of customer service and support.
Account Relationship Manager
Having over 35 years of experience in benefits administration with groups from 2-8,000 employees, Jeanne has a wealth of information and expertise in ongoing business operations; billing, service operations, and claims.
Account Implementation & Relationship Manager
With a background in education, Amy enjoys helping our payroll contacts and insureds to better understand the value of their overall employee benefits solution. She supports both account implementation and relationship management.
Internal Account Executive
With over 20 years of Sales & Account Management experience, Mike knows how important ease of doing business is to our Industry Partners & Employers. He strives to implement, and improve processes, keeping that in mind.
