With more than 15 years industry experience as a broker, and later as a regional sales manager for a leading supplemental benefits carrier, Jennifer joined MBH. She is determined to succeed in our mission to enhance the employee benefits experience.

Having over 35 years of experience in benefits administration with groups from 2-8,000 employees, Jeanne has a wealth of information and expertise in ongoing business operations; billing, service operations, and claims.
Account Implementation Manager
With 18 years of customer care experience, and over 5 years of being a small business owner herself, Candace knows how important having knowledge about available resources is for our employer groups.
Account Specialist
With a background in education, Amy enjoys helping our payroll contacts and insureds to better understand the value of their overall employee benefits solution. She supports both implementation and relationship management.
